Owner, Office Manager
Deb is not only an owner of Pottsgrove Animal Hospital she is also Dr. Shreves's sister! She and Dr. Shreves opened Pottsgrove Animal Hospital in 2003 and have been proudly serving the Pottstown, PA area for over 20 years.
Deb has been an integral part of running this business and ensuring that each client and pet receives the best service possible. She has established many positive, life-long relationships and friendships with Pottstown clients and their families. Her mission is to help facilitate the highest quality of care for all pets.
In addition to being an owner, Deb is also the office manager, happy to help the hospital run smoothly and efficiently. Prior to working in a veterinary practice, Deb worked with mentally and physically disabled adults for over 30 years and in that time received several certifications in behavioral medicine.
Not only does Deb care for the pets at the hospital, she also owns two dogs and two cats: Daulton, a 5-year-old chocolate cocker spaniel, Donovan, a 4-year-old black cocker spaniel, Darby, a 1-year-old domestic short-hair cat, and Hope, a 10-year-old domestic short hair cat.
In her spare time, Deb enjoys finding treasures at various thrift stores, flea markets, yard sales, etc. When at home, she loves watching wrestling, soap operas, and catching every Philadephia Eagles game as she is a die-hard fan!
